He is a founding partner of BM&A and primarily advises clients on administrative, international and civil law. He also specialises in structuring and coordinating real estate development, urban regeneration and large-scale distribution and retail initiatives as well as the innovative agri-food and e-commerce sectors.

He graduated with honours in Law from the University of Padua where he now an associate professor for European Union Law and Private International Law.

He is a member of the scientific committee of the National Observatory of Family Law, and of the scientific committee of Eurispes-Veneto. He is also editor of the journal Law of International Trade.

He has also authored or co-authored over 80 legal publications.
