Became a partner in 2012. He assists numerous public entities, large industrial and corporate groups in matters regarding urban planning and construction, PPP, agreements and conventions between public bodies, state concessions, public works and services, energy law and exploitation rights.

He also represents such clients in court and arbitral proceedings.

Emilio also practices before the Court of Auditors as well as focusing on civil litigation matters concerning private contracts and matters pertaining to the regulatory distances between buildings. He also specialises in real estate contracts and commercial leases.

He graduated with honours in Law from the University of Trieste.
