Became a partner in 2006. He specalises in labour law, advising both public and private entities on matters concerning health and safety in the workplace and administrative liability of entities (under Legislative Decree 231/01).

He graduated with honors from the University of Padua, of which he was an adjunct professor, and holds numerous positions in both private and public entities. He is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association (AGI) and the National Centre for Labour Law (CSND).
