Became a partner in 2006. He assists and advises public bodies, joint enterprises and private group in matters of procurement and public works and services contracts, urban planning, energy and health law. He also specialises in complex PPP programmes and the development of commercial initiatives.

He graduated with honours in Law from the University of Padua and is a member of the Veneto Regional Committee on Project Financing for Road Transport.
