Joined BM&A in 2002 and specialises in administrative law. He particularly renders assistance - including negotiation – in the coordination of complex urban and commercial procedures, including construction, expropriation rights and landscape matters, as well as assisting the firm’s clients in their administrative, civil and criminal disputes.

He graduated from the University of Padua.
