He was co-founder and partner until 2017 of BM&A, with which he now collaborates in matters pertaining to civil law, administrative and town-planning law and agricultural law.

He graduated from the University of Padua. He is a consultant and patron of numerous local authorities in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions, for which he deals with issues relating to town planning and construction, public-private agreements, expropriation rights and disposals of public property.

He is the author of various important legal commentaries town-planning.
