She is a founding partner, located at the Treviso office, and primarily advises clients on commercial law, banking, finance and insolvency and civil enforcement. In 1986 she graduated in Law from the University of Padua and joined the Italian Bar in 1989. Since 2002 she has been a member of the highest legal order in Italy, the Supreme Court of Cassation Bar Association. 

Antonella regularly advises with numerous credit institutions and banking consortia, as well as acting as the leading litigation lawyer for various financial brokerage matters. She also specialises in bankruptcy law, assisting large-scale distressed entities with their debt restructuring solutions and arrangements with creditors. He also advises various real estate investment funds.

Moreover, Antonella has been speaker at numerous conferences on banking and bankruptcy law and is the author of various publications on the subject.

Since 2014 she has been a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and since 2016 has been a member of arbitrators of the National Arbitration Court.

In 2017 Antonella was awarded with the Loy Banking and Finance Award as “Litigation-Banking” lawyer of the year.
